We are extremely fortunate to be situated where we are, bordering a green belt that runs all the way up to Worlds View. With the city center a mere 2.5 km away, it seems highly unlikely for a 2 acre estate to be nestled between 2 ever flowing streams, resulting In lush green, eden-like vegetation all year round. It makes this a paradise for birds, even the more exotic ones, like the Purple Crested Loerie, Burchelll’s Coucal & Buff Spotted Flufftail.
